這是什麼：美國的 Mrs. L. Dow Balliett 在 1905 年的《How to Attain Success Through the Strength of Vibration》用同一套數字讀名字數與出生數：名字數顯示你現在的樣子與別人眼中的你，出生數顯示這一生要擔任的角色（pp.12–13）。11 和 22 另外保留，不化成個位數。

7 號的特質（本站的白話）：是「封閉」的數字，像背著過去的包袱，怕人打探；常讓人意外地知道很多。容易太活在過去。

顏色與音調：鋼灰、磚紅與紫色。音調是 B（p.19）。

對應物：寶石是瑪瑙、紅玉（carbuncle）；花是罌粟、天竺葵、風信子、向日葵；象徵是心。其餘的對應表列在進階。
